I am really enjoying my teacher training course so far, as the experience has been both rewarding and manageable. The team have been incredibly supportive, offering guidance and encouragement that has helped me feel confident in my progress. The workload has been well-balanced, allowing me to engage fully without feeling overwhelmed. In addition, the training days, completed alongside teaching, have provided valuable opportunities to reflect on the theoretical side of teaching, deepening my understanding of educational practice and how it connects to the classroom.
